Selective Laser Solder Station

PCBAs are fed via an adjustable width conveyor into a laser-safe enclosure. Machine vision system verifies board placement and component presence & position. An XY gantry robot precisely positions the laser scan head for selective soldering of high power SMT components. A custom HMI simplifies programming and eases operation.

HV/LV Busbar & Header
Assembly & Test Station

Single station and fixture set for automatic fastening, and HV isolation verification, LV 4-wire impedance measurement, heater & thermistor functional testing, and pressure-decay leak testing of fastened assembly.

Automatic door for climate chamber used in food-safe application

Vertical Sliding Doors

Automatic sliding doors help maintain constant temperature & humidity in food-safe application. 14 ft. wide doors sit flush with adjacent walls for clean aesthetic. Motion controls integrate with factory automation system.

Scalable Battery Enclosure

Custom designed and built weatherproof electrical enclosure house four EV battery packs, along with required power electronics for grid-tying.
